Everything you need to know about how we get our products to you.
Japan free-shipping campaign
Free standard shipping to Japan: 2026-09-25 through 2027-09-24 (Japan time). Applies to orders accepted during the campaign, including pre-orders scheduled to ship later.
We cover standard shipping charges. Any customs duties or import taxes remain subject to the shipping terms below. Shipping terms after the campaign will be announced separately.
Shipping from China
International orders are dispatched from China directly to the delivery address. Availability, the dispatch schedule and the carrier are confirmed before payment. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates; customs clearance may add time.
Delivery estimates for Japan
Orders for Japan ship directly from China, usually within 3–5 business days. Delivery is generally expected within 15 business days. Pre-orders follow their individually announced dispatch schedule. Customs clearance and transport conditions may cause delays.
Merchandise prices and import charges
- A merchandise price does not mean all destination duties and taxes have been paid. Unless the written order confirmation expressly states that import charges are included, destination customs duties, import taxes and carrier clearance or advancement fees are payable separately by the recipient.
- Any taxes we are legally required to collect at sale will be identified in the quotation or payment summary before payment. Import charges already collected for a shipment will be identified to help avoid duplicate collection.
- We do not promise duty-free delivery based solely on a low order value. Customs authorities determine classification, valuation and tax treatment. We declare the actual transaction and do not declare commercial purchases as gifts or artificially undervalue goods.
Japan and United States
For Japan, the recipient normally handles import charges through customs or the delivery carrier unless an included-charge service has been expressly agreed. For the United States, applicable import duties and fees depend on the product, origin and entry rules. State sales tax, where collection is required, is separate from import duties.
Before payment
- The quotation or order confirmation will specify the product and configuration, currency, merchandise price, shipping charge, any tax collected by us, import-charge responsibility, payment method, dispatch estimate and return terms.
- This website currently presents our collection and accepts enquiries. A displayed price or enquiry is not a completed purchase. Please request a confirmed quotation before making payment.
- Outside the Japan campaign, shipping is quoted by destination, parcel weight and service. A CNY amount is identified as CNY; JPY and USD prices use their own currency labels.
Pre-orders and tracking
Pre-order dispatch estimates are stated in the order confirmation. We will contact you about material delays and explain the available options. If an order is split into parcels, we will disclose the shipping arrangement and any known effect on import charges before dispatch. Tracking details are sent after dispatch.
Delivery problems
Contact us if tracking shows a delay, damage or loss. Customs or carrier fees and their refund procedures may differ from our merchandise refund process. Any costs associated with a refused parcel must be disclosed and assessed under applicable law; statutory consumer rights are preserved.
