Oddity Store presents products and accepts enquiries. A page view or an enquiry does not create a paid order. The seller is 北京无界造物文化发展有限公司, a company in China. Its full contact details and payment recipient will be identified before a sale is accepted.

Prices and order confirmation

Prices use the currency shown on the page: JPY for Japanese prices and USD for English prices unless otherwise stated. The confirmed quotation specifies currency, configuration, shipping, taxes collected by us and any separate import charges. Changes apply to future quotations and do not unilaterally alter an accepted order.

Order acceptance

We confirm availability, the total payable to us and the dispatch schedule before requesting payment. If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will contact you and refund sums paid for the cancelled portion as required by applicable law.

Intellectual property

Oddity Store claims rights only in content it owns and within the scope of those rights. Third-party names and materials remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. A literary theme, a product name or a trademark registration does not itself establish permission to reproduce a work. Registration and protection depend on the territory and the specified goods or services. Any patent claim must identify the relevant granted right; these terms do not assert that every product is patented.

Consumer rights and liability

These terms do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Claims concerning defects, misdescription, delivery problems or refunds are assessed under the applicable law and the confirmed order terms. Please contact us promptly so we can investigate.

Applicable law

Applicable law and dispute procedures are determined subject to mandatory consumer protection rules. A reference to Chinese law or a seller’s location does not remove protections that apply to a consumer in the destination market.

Changes

Changes are dated on this page and apply prospectively, subject to applicable law. A confirmed order will not be changed solely by editing this website.
